Katharine at Hardy & Nance (2020).
10 x 10 Art Show 2020
Hardy & Nance Studios annually hosts the 10" by 10" Art Show, which is one of their biggest shows of the year. For one night only, the gallery features hundreds of works of art created by some of Houston’s best artists. All work is 10” x 10” in size and priced at $125 or less. In February 2020, Katharine submitted 3 pieces, all of which sold in under an hour!
Hardy & Nance Studios hosted the “MASHED 4: A Mash-up Art Show”. The theme of the curated show was to display a mash-up of styles, characters/subjects, mediums, and/or collaborations between different artists.
Katharine collaborated with Taft McWhorter to create “Injustice” which was selected to be a part of the exciting exhibit.

The Seekers
June 2020 - 2023
In June 2020, Katharine joined The Seekers - an Artist Collective that combines 8 diverse personalities, 8 unique creative styles, and over 200 years of art world experience. It is an honor for Katharine to show her work among these fantastic artists.
In August 2020, Katharine installed several paintings at Studio 3 Salon - her first solo exhibit. This exhibit is very special to Katharine as Studio 3 owners, Jennifer and Darcy, are very special to Katharine and her family. Darcy has been styling Katharine’s red locks since high school. Besides always making Katharine’s hair pretty and providing excellent and professional service, they have hearts of gold. You see, Darcy also cut Katharine’s mother’s (Mossy) hair for many years. As her mother’s health deteriorated, Darcy and Jennifer always went the extra mile to ensure she got a haircut because they knew that a fresh cut made her feel fabulous. Several days before she passed in hospice, Darcy and Jennifer came by so Mossy could get one last cut.
